Every order settles to you weekly — no chasing, no surprises.
- Payouts run once per week by Telebirr or bank transfer, with a statement you can request any time.
- Commission is charged on the food subtotal only — delivery fees and taxes are excluded.
- 0% commission for your first 60 days from the day you go live; the standard 10% applies after.
- If you ever leave, final settlement is completed within 14 days.
How customers pay

Claim it. Search your restaurant name, tap “This is my restaurant”, and we verify you as the owner before activation.
Can I onboard through Telegram?
Yes — Telegram is a first-class path. Send your menu photos and live location; we reply with a draft storefront to confirm.
Do I need to enter my whole menu myself?
No. Send photos or a PDF and we extract the dishes. You only review and correct the uncertain rows.
Can informal food businesses join?
Yes. Home kitchens, bakeries, cafés, juice spots, and informal sellers are welcome — start with discovery, activate when ready.
Do I need bank details before I appear in the app?
No. Create your listing and menu first; add payout details when you’re ready to receive money.
Can I update prices later?
Yes — edit prices, photos, availability, and hours any time from your merchant account.
How does the 0% commission offer work?
For your first 60 days after you go live, you keep 100% of the food revenue — no platform commission. After that, standard rates apply.
