1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using the Addis Bites mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Service Description

Addis Bites is a food delivery platform connecting customers with local restaurants in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. We facilitate ordering, payment processing, and delivery logistics.

3. User Accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining account credential confidentiality.
• You must provide accurate, current information during registration.
• One person may not maintain multiple accounts.

4. User Roles

• Customers: May browse, order, and pay for food delivery.
• Merchants: May list restaurants and menu items, manage orders.
• Drivers: May accept and fulfill delivery requests.

5. Ordering & Payment

• All prices are in Ethiopian Birr (ETB).
• Orders are binding once placed and confirmed by the restaurant.
• Delivery fees may apply based on distance and demand.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis through customer support.

6. Prohibited Conduct

• Creating false or misleading accounts.
• Interfering with the platform's operation.
• Harassing other users, drivers, or merchants.
• Using the platform for any unlawful purpose.

7. Limitation of Liability

Addis Bites acts as a marketplace connecting customers, restaurants, and drivers. We are not responsible for food quality, preparation, or delivery delays caused by third parties.

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app's Profile settings.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia.
